October 16, 2014 at 12:04 pm #4680Support StaffKeymasterHi Paulo,
I had to make modifications in theme to make it work. Slider by default does not work with pages (when page is set on front page), so backup your files. I’ve made changes to functions.php, slider.php and style.css. Slider will appear on every page (not post), and if that’s what you wanted – good.
If you have any more questions, we’ll be happy to help.
Best regards,
SinisaOctober 16, 2014 at 9:14 am #4677Support StaffKeymasterHi Paulo,
we don’t provide XML file for sliders, but I’ll be happy to do it for you if you want. Just leave me admin username / password, and mark reply as private.
P.S.
It’s explained in the readme.html how to set up this slider (uses custom fields).October 15, 2014 at 7:49 am #4675Support StaffKeymasterHi Paulo,
thank you for purchasing our theme. Theme comes with readme.html which is located in ArtemisMag.zip folder.
If you need any assistance in theme setup, feel free to ask.Best regards,
SinisaOctober 14, 2014 at 8:57 am #4672Support StaffKeymasterHi Jeremy,
can you please post your URL? I’ve just tested Google Analytics code, and what’s entered in theme options, that’s what appears in the footer, so no errors there. Are you sure you have the right code?
Featured posts – just go to theme options and turn it off, select display to hide under “Latest posts from categories”. To make it work, you’ll need to select which post category to display in theme options and number of posts.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Best regards,

2. Thank you for reporting, there was a bug on my end. It’s fixed now.If you have any other questions, we’ll be glad to help!

SinisaOctober 10, 2014 at 12:47 pm #4655Support StaffKeymaster1. I agree, there are other ways to create slides, but this one is easy to develop, and what’s more important – easier to explain to the beginners. I would also love to hear your opinion on how to create slides.
Sticky posts do not appear in the post list cause it would be double content.2. Can you please explain a bit more?

SinisaOctober 9, 2014 at 11:03 am #4641Support StaffKeymasterHello Irene,
thank you for purchasing.
1. Generally it’s easier to add posts to slider this way. You just check one box “Make it sticky”, instead of creating new category, going to theme options, selecting that category, number of posts, and stuff you don’t need to. It shortens the procedure. That’s why.
2. I guess you figured this.
3. Because this way titles are more emphasized. You can change the text color if you don’t like, as I see you did. 🙂
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Your site looks beautiful!October 8, 2014 at 1:15 pm #4635Support StaffKeymasterJust remove this line from index.php and category.php:
<?php comments_popup_link('No Comments', '1 Comment', '% Comments', 'comm'); ?>
P.S.
You can do that in archive.php too, and you can remove even read more button from there.October 6, 2014 at 2:54 pm #4625Support StaffKeymasterYou need to remove this line from single.php:
<p class="postmetadata">In <?php the_category(', '); ?> <?php the_tags(); ?></p>
October 6, 2014 at 11:19 am #4621Support StaffKeymasterHi Krissana.
Just remove this line from index.php and category.php:
<p class="postmetadata"><a class="more-link" href="<?php the_permalink() ?>#more">Read More</a></p>
If you’re worried for having links both in title and read more button to the post, there’s no need. It’s perfectly normal to have it. Can you be more specific, what are you tryin’ to do?
October 6, 2014 at 10:29 am #4619Support StaffKeymasterIt’s fixed. Problem was that you entered 5 custom fields into one post. That’s not how it’s working with this theme, you suppose to make 5 posts, and under each add custom field, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to display different title and content in slider.
Note:
If you need more slides, add them to “Slide” category, and backup theme files.October 4, 2014 at 2:17 pm #4605Support StaffKeymasterHi Krissana,
can you please leave your admin login details here (mark your reply as private) for me to check out.
I’ll set slider correctly for you, and explain you further if necessary.I don’t see any error messages in the footer right now, so please copy that too if still exists.
Thank you.October 4, 2014 at 12:38 pm #4598
